We will gather and begin by raising our vibrations together. We will start with sacred ceremony to open the space for the group. We will do gentle movement, breathwork, mantra, visualization, and meditation to prepare for the healing exchanges.
Julia Bryer will lead the group in preparing for the healing exchanges, and then we will let synchronicity find our partners. We will give a healing in our modality, and receive a healing in our partner’s modality.
We will come back together as a group and share our experiences and honor each other and our time together.
